Ambassador STAR Awards are peer-nominated awards for individuals or teams, to recognize outstanding contribution during the Annual Giving Drive.

Inspiration: Destiny Tabor

This award recognizes Ambassadors that inspire and empower both each other and other employees. This person did exactly that, acting as the cheerleader for her team as they plowed through peak workload AND a huge Employee Giving goal

Despite being a first time ambassador, Destiny showed great confidence and was not deterred by any potential obstacles. When the team was under stress or feeling burnt out, Destiny found a way to make us laugh and get us energized to push through the next event~Nominator
