The King County Employee Giving Program Department Achievement Awards recognize the different milestones that departments achieve in 4 areas: participation, dollars pledged, most improved, and the number of “New Connections” that were made in a year.
For Departments with 250 or fewer employees, the program is honored to recognize the following:
Participation & Dollars Raised: King County Executive Office
The Executive Office has the highest participation of any department or separately elected office in King County at 65%. There is no better way than to lead by example, we are incredibly proud of this showing of support for nonprofits and the community.
Most Improved & New Connections: District Court
Nausha Campbell and District Court had a single goal this year: to be Most Improved! It was no easy task as they had another department hot on their heels, but they did it! They doubled the number of Ambassadors from the year before and made sure they had someone at every single work location. Congratulations, District Court! Hard work does pay off.
