Is your favorite non-profit not part of our program? Let’s change that!
Over the last 35 years, our list of non-profits has grown from around ten to almost 1300, partly because of referrals from Employees.
Some of those employee referrals include:
- Anything Helps
- Issaquah Food Bank
- Seattle ReCreative
- White Center Community Development Association
…and so many more!
The first step is to fill out the referral form and invite your favorite nonprofit here. We will even let you know via email when they’re in.
When a referred non-profit becomes part of the King County Employee Giving Program, eligible employees may use up to 3 days of sick leave to volunteer there year-round.
During the Annual Giving Drive, you may be able to:
- Tell your co-workers all about your favorite non-profit
- Invite the non-profit in or do a special event in their honor
- Support the non-profit with your pledge
All nonprofits must apply and meet eligibility requirements annually in order for them to be in the upcoming Annual Giving Drive. Applications will open April 9, 2024.
